This program serves low-income families with children birth through three years of age, pregnant women or expecting fathers. Focusing on early child development, families in the program participate with staff in setting and achieving individual and family goals through a combination of services that include home visits, family center activities, and referral to other community resources.

Every parent has questions about how to best support their baby’s development and early learning. Welcome Baby @ Home is tailored to the needs of you and your baby. This program serves parents with infants up to 9 months old in your home at your convenience, providing information and referrals to local activities, programs, and services. You'll recieve a gift for you and baby, visit with early childhood specialist, the latest information on child development and family well-being check-in.

Child Development Center at Kent and Green River Community College

Kent
Child Development Centers located at Green River Community College and in Kent offer full and part-day child care services utilizing a creative, stimulating pre-school curriculum for children 6 weeks to five years of age. The Centers also provide early screening and developmental assessments, individualized learning plans for each child, as well as parenting education and support. Head Start and Early Head Start services are offered at both centers.


Tot Spot
Walla Walla

Tot Spot is a multi-faceted program for low income families who are pregnant or have children age birth through three. The parent-child bond, healthy child development, and family strengths are promoted by center based, home visiting, and group services. Parents learn positive ways to nurture, guide and discipline their children in a parenting education class while their children are participating in an assisted play environment that fosters the development of their motor and social skills. Services are available in English and Spanish.

Jon and Bobbe Bridge Drop-in Child Care Center & Seattle Municipal Court Drop-in Child Care Center
Kent, Seattle
Located at the King County Regional Justice Center in Kent and in the Seattle Municipal Court building in Seattle, the Drop-in Child Care Centers offers a safe and nurturing environment for children, ages 4 weeks to 12 years old, whose parents or guardians have business to conduct in the Justice Center. The center also serves as a parent information and resource center.
