Easy Give FAQ

What are the advantages of Easy Give?

It's safe, secure, convenient, and saves CHSW administrative costs-putting more of your donation to work for children.

How are my electronic contributions automatically deducted from my account?

Once you authorize the transfer, your specified contribution is electronically transferred directly from your checking or savings account to CHSW's account.

When will my contributions be deducted from my account?

Your contribution will be deducted from your account on the dates you specify.

If I don't write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?

Since your contributions are made at pre-established times, you simply record them in your check register on the appropriate date.

How can I prove I made my contributions?

Your bank statement gives you an itemized list of electronic transfers. It's your proof of your contributions.

Is Easy Give risky?

Electronic contributions are less risky than check contributions. They can't be lost, stolen, or destroyed in the mail, and they have an extremely high rate of accuracy.

What if I change bank accounts?

CHSW will provide you with a new authorization form to complete.

How much does Easy Give cost?

It costs nothing and saves you time.

What if I try Easy Give and I don't like it?

You can cancel your authorization for electronic contributions at any time by notifying us in writing. But, once you've enjoyed the convenience of Easy Give, we doubt you'll want to go back to making contributions the way you did before.
