The first years are important to your child’s life. We will work with you to create a solid foundation that helps build the well-being of your child.
We are currently enrolling new families in our Early Head Start (EHS), Head Start (HS), Parents as Teachers, and ECEAP early learning programs in four communities around the state, serving children ages 0-5 (varies by program). We offer center-based and home-visiting options in North and South King communities, as well as Spokane and Walla Walla.

The program is for families with children (from birth to 3 years of age), pregnant women, and expectant fathers looking for quality child development information and support. Our Early Head Start program provides:

Weekly virtual home visits with a child development specialist
Virtual group activities for children and parents
Parent education and family services
Health, mental health, and nutrition education and support
