The Family Resource Center Pathways model focuses on
keeping families together and connecting them with the support they need
to continue succeeding in all aspects of life.
We bring our services and partners together so children and families can reach their full potential. We offer child and family counseling, family support and early learning for children ages 0-5. Here is a list of the prevention services we offer in each community:
